This channel offers a range of Creative visualisation sessions, two are over 30 minutes (see FACE), others are under ten minutes. Some of these tracks are therapeutically focused, audio-visual excerpts presented in Zoë's PhD project entitled:

"Into Each Life FACE Therapeutic Arts Shifting Awareness"

"Into Each Life..." is a suite of original artefacts created within the context of Zoë's evolving psychotherapy practice 2004-2008.
A central theme explores how creative media (old and new) may invite different ways of knowing, perceiving and experiencing - facilitate and deepen life-enhancing connections with ourselves, with others and with something beyond ourselves, and iberate meaning and knowing from fixed frames.
