People seek psychotherapy for many different reasons, but most of my clients come to me for help because they face difficulties in their lives that they are struggling to overcome. I am interested to know:

not "What's wrong with you?"
You might be experiencing concerns about feelings of sadness, loss, anxiety, depression, guilt or anger. Or you might want to overcome specific issues such as relationship difficulties, life transitions, sexuality, lack of confidence, eating problems, addictions, trauma and severe, complex trauma.
Working with you in confidence to develop a warm and compassionate, therapeutic relationship, I offer a personalised approach that focuses on your individual needs. Our focus can be on past, present and/or anticipation of future experiences.

In my online practice I integrate psychotherapeutic approaches that encompass the dimensions of mind-body-emotions-relations-spirit.
(These include EMDR Therapy, Attachment-Focused EMDR Therapy, Ego State Therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Therapeutic Hypnosis, Self-Relations, Creative Therapies, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Existential-Phenomenological Psychotherapy.)

Psychotherapy Sessions last 50 minutes, and once we have agreed to work together, a commitment to regular, weekly sessions is recommended if possible. Psychotherapy can be long or short term depending on your needs and concerns.
By arrangement when appropriate, longer sessions can be provided.
